Pramod Venkatesh, is a seasoned technology leader with over 12 years of industry experience. He previously served as the Group CTO of inq., focusing on the development of AI, SDN/NFV, Cloud Tech, and implementing organization-wide automation frameworks for cost reduction and delivery streamlining. Pramod also played a vital role in leading M&A projects for inq., significantly contributing to the company's expansion across various African countries.
Before his tenure at inq., Pramod held the position of CTO at Criterion Networks, a startup specializing in Software Defined Networking. There, he skillfully led the product development journey from inception to a market-ready solution. Earlier in his career, he was a part of Reliance Jio, one of India's largest mobile network operators, where he contributed substantially to the creation of Jio's Private & Public Cloud platforms.
Pramod embarked on his professional journey at Cisco, spearheading the Data Center Migration practice with a focus on the Banking & Telecommunication sectors in the EMEA & APAC regions. His innovative contributions to the field have earned him patents in Automotive Networks, Software Defined Networking, and AI. A postgraduate in Telecommunications Technology from IIT Delhi.
Andile Ngcaba holds a master’s in information systems from the University of Witwatersrand and an honorary doctorate from Fort Hare.
Andile also serves as an adjunct professor at the Nelson Mandela University faculty of computer science. As a technologist he has been driving Pan African initiatives that are designed to build the digital Africa.
